Insurance had provided us with other suggestions, but I am so grateful we chose Restoration and Repairs to rebuild my parents’ home after the fire. Despite the sadness, loss, and stress of navigating insurance issues, this team showed an incredible amount of empathy, kindness, and care throughout the entire process. From day one, they made everything feel clearer, easier, and far less overwhelming. They didn’t just restore a house — they helped restore a sense of comfort, safety, and hope for our family. What truly sets this company apart is that they embody every quality you would want in a contractor. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, patient, supportive, detail-oriented, and highly communicative. We never felt left in the dark. They took the time to explain every step, answer every question, and ensure we felt informed and cared for throughout the entire project. During such an emotional and stressful season, having a team that was honest, dependable, organized, and compassionate made all the difference. They consistently went above and beyond what was expected. It never felt like we were just another project to them — they genuinely cared about our family and the outcome of our home. Along the way, they truly became like family to us. We are especially grateful to Boss Carlo for his wisdom, leadership, reassurance, and support throughout this journey, and to our project manager, Mac. Special shoutout to Mac — one of the most patient, intentional, detail-oriented, hardworking, and genuinely kind people I have ever met. He embodies everything you would hope for in a project manager. His communication, professionalism, and care for even the smallest details gave us so much peace of mind throughout the rebuilding process. We are eternally grateful for the incredible work this team has done for our family. My parents’ home is now safe, beautiful, and filled with warmth again because of them. I wholeheartedly recommend Restoration and Repairs to anyone needing restoration or contracting services. They are absolutely the team to call! A few photos have been added, but they truly do not do the house justice. For safety and privacy reasons, we chose not to include photos of every room or area of the home, but the craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail throughout the entire rebuild are absolutely incredible.

Sometime in October 2025, our main floor got flooded because of water leakage from the ceiling via the smoke detector. After thorough assessment by the plumber, it was found out that this was due to a faulty washer. The damage was significant and I was heartbroken seing all that... Thankfully, the plumber contacted RESTORATION COMPANY and they immediately sent staff to our townhouse and attended to the problem by setting up fans and dehumidifiers as well as removed the damaged ceiling and flooring. Ervin, the Project Coordinator, was highly responsive and knowledgeable and walked me through the process of claiming for home insurance, steps to go through from the start of restoration to the completion of work with clarity and needed guidance. With the work they've done, my expectations were satisfactorily met! I have sincerely appreciated their honesty and transparency. They were very accommodating too with regards to my request to change the ceiling lights! My husband and I did not regret for still choosing you to do the renovation of our second floor and two stairs which were not covered by insurance, the money we spent was all worth it! One thing that resonated with me was when Djay told me, "After the work is completed and you notice something isn't right, let us know and we will come and fix it." That shows how professional, dependable and trustworthy you are. I needed the length of ceiling lights adjusted and noticed minimal chips from base of kitchen cabinets and you came and fixed it. To Jun and to the rest of the team, kudos to a job well done! Thank you that after all the stress we went through, the outcome brings smile to our faces! Again, thank you! Restoration and Repairs is highly recommended! - Sheryll Antonio

We had a very positive experience with Restoration and Repairs during the restoration of our rental condo unit which suffered a severe water damage last January 2026. Albert was the one who managed and handled in restoring the unit. He kept us updated and promptly addressed any concerns , also coordinated with our insurance adjuster and building strata. The unfortunate event was very stressful, but they made the process manageable and reassuring which we are very grateful for. The unit now looks refreshed and beautifully restored. I truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from everyone involved in fixing our unit. Thank you to the entire team! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a restoration company they can trust.

Our family recently experienced a burst water pipe that caused damage to the ceiling in our home, and it was a very stressful situation. We are incredibly grateful to Restoration Company for their quick response and outstanding service. From the very beginning, Albert and DJ were compassionate, professional, and acted promptly to help us through the entire restoration process. They kept us updated every step of the way and made us feel confident that our home was in good hands. The restoration crew was exceptional. They worked hard, treated our home with respect, and paid close attention to every detail. Their professionalism and dedication truly exceeded our expectations, and the quality of their work was excellent. Thank you to Albert, DJ, and the entire Restoration team for helping our family during such a difficult time. We highly recommend your services to anyone needing restoration work.

I can’t say enough about the honesty and integrity of Restoration. Thankfully, I reached out to them and they were completely transparent, letting me know the work needed to be done. They gave me honest advice and saved me a ton of money. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future. Highly recommend! These guys are so great. Give them a call. If you’re reading this still and you need this restoration go ahead and get a quote from them. A quote won’t cost anything and this company will work to impress you.
