For safety and privacy reasons, we chose not to include photos of every room or area of the home, but the craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail throughout the entire rebuild are absolutely incredible.

Sometime in October 2025, our main floor got flooded because of water leakage from the ceiling via the smoke detector. After thorough assessment by the plumber, it was found out that this was due to a faulty washer. The damage was significant and I was heartbroken seing all that... Thankfully, the plumber contacted ACTFAST RESTORATION COMPANY and they immediately sent staff to our townhouse and attended to the problem by setting up fans and dehumidifiers as well as removed the damaged ceiling and flooring. Ervin, the Project Coordinator, was highly responsive and knowledgeable and walked me through the process of claiming for home insurance, steps to go through from the start of restoration to the completion of work with clarity and needed guidance. With the work they've done, my expectations were satisfactorily met! I have sincerely appreciated their honesty and transparency. They were very accommodating too with regards to my request to change the ceiling lights! My husband and I did not regret for still choosing you to do the renovation of our second floor and two stairs which were not covered by insurance, the money we spent was all worth it! One thing that resonated with me was when Djay told me, "After the work is completed and you notice something isn't right, let us know and we will come and fix it." That shows how professional, dependable and trustworthy you are. I needed the length of ceiling lights adjusted and noticed minimal chips from base of kitchen cabinets and you came and fixed it. We had a very positive experience with ActFast Restoration and Repairs during the restoration of our rental condo unit which suffered a severe water damage last January 2026. Albert was the one who managed and handled in restoring the unit. He kept us updated and promptly addressed any concerns , also coordinated with our insurance adjuster and building strata. The unfortunate event was very stressful, but they made the process manageable and reassuring which we are very grateful for. The unit now looks refreshed and beautifully restored.
